Given the health and travel concerns related to COVID-19, what safety measures SMTC 2021 in place?
Approved to run by the Singapore Tourism Board and Ministry of Health, SMTC 2021 will be organised in accordance with Singapore’s biosafety regulations. We are working closely with our venue partner, Marina Bay Sands, to adhere to all safe entry, safe distancing, sanitisation and other related measures to ensure compliance.

Are overseas attendees allowed to attend SMTC 2021? Will I be able to enter Singapore?
No. All overseas participants will be able to attend the event online via our virtual event platform.
Registration and Walk Ins
All attendees and visitors need to have registered in advance and have received a confirmation. Walk-ins will not be allowed under any circumstances.
Health Check before Visiting the Event
Please do not attend if you are currently under a Quarantine Order, Stay-Home Notice, have any fever or flu-like symptoms or have been close contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case in the past 14 day. Kindly monitor your health before visiting the event, if you are unwell, please visit a doctor.
Meals and Refreshments
Attendees will be served F&B in the conference room, and will be allowed to unmask when consuming.
There will be dedicated zones and cohorts to minimise intermingling for safety purposes. We advise you to make use of the online platform to make prior meeting arrangements to meet onsite. Facilitated show floor tours will be organised to enable participants visit the physical booths and engage the exhibitors to better understand their services.
Using safe management measures, all exhibitors will be behind plexi glass screens and communicate via microphones. Audience density at the show floor will be controlled as per the prevailing guidelines on the day of the event.
